What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability. Let us know in advance if you plan to arrive early, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If your room isn’t ready when you arrive, we’re happy to store your luggage and notify you as soon as your room is available.

Can I request a crib, rollaway bed, or other in-room amenities?
Yes. We’re happy to help with special requests whenever possible. Available items may include rollaway cots, Pack ’n Plays, microwaves, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, bath amenities, Keurig coffee makers, and mini-fridges. Additional fees may apply.

What if I forget toiletries or other essentials?
No worries! We have a selection of complimentary items available at the front desk.

Is laundry available on-site?
Yes. We have a modern washer and dryer available for guest use. Machines accept credit and debit cards, and detergent and dryer sheets may be purchased in our market.

Amenities & Services

Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes. We offer spacious accessible guest rooms with features such as larger bathroom areas, handrails near the tub/shower and toilet, handheld shower wands, and wider doorways. One accessible room also includes a roll-in shower with a fold-down seat and a ground-level exterior entrance. Accessible room types include King Harbor View, King Balcony Harbor View, and Double Queen Harbor View. Designated accessible parking and elevators are also available.

Are pets allowed?
Yes. Rockland Harbor Hotel welcomes dogs and has a limited selection of dog-friendly rooms on the ground floor. Please let us know when booking if you’ll be traveling with a pet. A $75 pet fee applies for stays of up to one week, with an additional $75 fee applied for each additional week. A maximum of two dogs is allowed per room.

Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests. During busier seasons, guests may receive a parking placard to display on their dashboard.

Do you offer airport shuttle service?
We do not offer airport shuttle service, but our team is happy to recommend local transportation options, including taxis and shuttle services.

Is breakfast included?
Yes. Guests can enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast each morning. We also have a hotel market with snacks, drinks, and travel essentials.

Do you have a restaurant or bar?
We do not have a full-service restaurant, but our team is happy to recommend nearby dining options. Adult beverages are available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM for on-property consumption only.

Can you accommodate allergies or food sensitivities?
Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities before or during your stay. We can prepare rooms without fragrances or harsh cleaners, and we offer several gluten-free and nut-free breakfast options.

Do you have a fitness center?
Yes. Guests have 24-hour access to our fitness center, featuring cardio and strength equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, kettlebells, yoga accessories, and a universal machine.

Is complimentary Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms and public spaces.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Absolutely. We’re happy to store your luggage so you can enjoy more time in Rockland.

How do I request housekeeping?
Daily housekeeping is available upon request. You may request service every day, only when needed, or not at all.

Can the hotel help with restaurant recommendations or local activities?
Yes. While we do not have a dedicated concierge team, our friendly staff is happy to recommend restaurants, attractions, tours, and local activities.

How do I contact the front desk?

Is the hotel smoke-free?
Yes. Rockland Harbor Hotel is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms, on balconies, in common areas, or within 25 feet of any hotel entrance. Guests who smoke in prohibited areas may be asked to leave without reimbursement and may be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee.

Can I receive packages at the hotel?
Yes. Please notify our team in advance so we can safely store your package until arrival. Packages should be addressed to:
