Reservations

For security, a valid credit card must be provided at check-in, and the cardholder must be present with a matching government-issued photo ID unless a third-party credit card authorization has been submitted to the hotel in advance.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 48 hours before scheduled arrival date; terms may vary according to booking source. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to view your cancellation policy. Cancellation requests should be made through the original booking source.

Check-in: 4:00 pm

Check-out: 11:00 am

Smoking

To maintain a comfortable, clean, and healthy environment for all our valued guests, Rockland Harbor Hotel is a smoke-free property. We ask that our guests refrain from smoking in guestrooms, balconies, common areas and within 25 feet of any hotel entrance. Guests may be asked to vacate the hotel without reimbursement in addition to a minimum $250 cleaning fee if the hotel determines that the guest has smoked in the room.

Pets

Rockland Harbor Hotel welcomes dogs and has a limited selection of dog-friendly rooms on the ground floor. Please let us know when booking if you’ll be traveling with a pet. A $75 pet fee applies for stays of up to one week, with an additional $75 fee applied for each additional week. A maximum of two dogs is allowed per room.

Parking

Parking is complimentary and is located on either side of the building.
